YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Production Research Associate, are to:

• Timely and independently organize logistics around field trials, manage the trials in the field, accurate note taking, harvesting, finalize field trial;
• Assist in the recruitment and be responsible for supervising, training and developing team seasonal personnel;
• Support the Production Research Scientist in results analysis summarized in timely written and verbal reports (when applicable);
• Utilize research equipment (lab and field) combined with mobile device for data collecting and note taking and training PR Assistants and seasonal workers in their use;
• Actively promote best practices and Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) to all employees;
• Support in identifying, developing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) document needs within job responsibilities;
• Actively ensure the maintenance and effectiveness of the QMS;
• Maintain PR QMS updated;
• Understand and comply with all country and company laws and regulation (Environmental Safety and Health, Stewardship, Quality, ISO, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural or other related field;
• Proficiency in Computer applications;
• Excellent communication skills with team and stakeholders;
• Accept assignments and follow instructions to complete work in a timely manner;
• Be eligible and have willingness to often travel to local production area by him/herself.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in crop management in field.
