Under the supervision of a senior technician or supervisor, performs day to day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Functions include but are not limited to daily inspections, installations, general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and repairs. Responds to emergency situations and evaluates and corrects defects.
