Responsibilities
    Establishes and maintains channels of communication to build understanding, appreciation, and progress of a BH community system of care. Facilitates the comprehensive strategy to increase collaboration, access to care, and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborates to identify areas for improved communication, collaboration, service gaps, and potential service areas. Partners to develop strategies and tactics supporting the advancement of patient movement throughout the continuum of care.
  • Utilizes relationships to advance access and quality, builds and expands upon connections, and provides opportunities for stakeholders to problem-solve shared concerns.
  • Manages and supervises employees, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance to advance goals and outcomes.
  • Oversees representation of the service line broadly at relevant community events and forums.
Qualifications

Education Requirement: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, required.

Licensure Requirement: Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure, preferred (LISW, PCC, PhD, PsyD, IMFT).

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and lead professional, paraprofessional, and stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with youth/family mental health agencies and services within the region, desired.
  • Must possess knowledge, skills, and experience in the behavioral health system of care as as well as an understanding of the pediatric behavioral health advocacy, funding, and service coordination.

Experience:

  • Experience working with children and their families with an emphasis on evidenced based prevention, early intervention services, and trauma informed care, required.
  • Experience with project and grants management, professional group facilitation, and report writing, required.
  • Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations and demonstrate basic excel skills.
  • Previous experience in public education campaigns and related media/marketing activities, required.
