Established in 1970, Akron Institute has been serving the community for over 30 years as a provider of hands-on, job-related skills training. Our programs in Allied Health, Information Technology, and Administration have helped Akron Institute graduates begin rewarding and challenging careers throughout the tri-county area.

Cleveland State was established as a state university in 1964 and has continued to grow since.
